Добрый день. Дизайн, к сожалению, нарисован без учета возможностей Тильды. Многие вещи без использования кода не реализовать. Особенно это касается поп-апа. Можно либо видоизменить немного дизайн, либо собирать с кодом, и естественно это будет значительно дороже 2000 грн.

Там есть специальные блоки, в которые можно все повставлять красивенько.

То что вы туда перекинете дизайн, ничего не поменяет, у вас не будет это работать просто так.
Нужен разработчик, и нужно понимать что Тильда не всякий сторонний код принимает.
