Доброго понедельника Уважаемые фрилансеры!
Имеем:
– сервис телефонии "Мои звонки
– CRM "YCLIENTS"
Задача:
Связать по API, необходимо что бы когда звонит телефон, ЦРМ видела номер и если номер есть в базе она предлагала "Открыть" карточку клиента карточку клиента, если нет номера в базе, то предлагала "Завести" новую. И в журнале в ЦРМ регистрировала входящие, исходящие и пропущенные.
