I haven't specifically modeled swimsuits, but I have worked on creating clothing for characters. For your project, I would create a character for demonstration purposes (for free), and I would design a swimsuit on that character, which can later be used for demonstration and advertising. The models are quite realistic.
This is the first stage. - 100 euros
The second stage of revisions I would consider separately, as a separate project. - about 10-20 euros
