We at the agency Lanka are currently in an active phase of scaling our Web3 production. There are significantly more tasks than hands, so we are looking for a cool Talent Hunter (or tech-savvy researcher) who will take on the initial hunting of specific AI creators.
Your mission:
We have exactly 1 week (7 days). During this time, you need to scan the market, reach out to the right people, conduct a basic filter, and provide a shortlist of 12-20 hot candidates with already scheduled slots for final interviews.
We are looking for people for TWO different positions (you need to find 6-10 candidates for each):
🎯 Profile 1: AI Storyboard Artists (6-10 target leads)
These are Swiss army knife people of the new school for educational crypto videos who:
Freely create visual storyboards in Figma.
Do not draw by hand for weeks but generate the necessary assets through AI tools and are great at prompting.
Can write/edit a script (voiceover) for 3-5 minutes.
Ideally understand crypto or can quickly grasp the technical topic.
🎯 Profile 2: Viral AI Content Creators (6-10 target leads)
These are machines for producing trending content (Shorts, Reels, TikTok) who:
Know the anatomy of virality: how to create hooks, maintain attention, and make algorithms work for them.
Use AI to the maximum for quick production (dynamic video generation, AI avatars, memes, lip-sync, editing).
Can package complex or boring topics from Web3/crypto into a fun, understandable, and viral format that people want to watch and share.

What your sprint will look like:
Search: You look for them everywhere: TikTok/Reels (contacting authors directly), niche TG communities, Behance, Twitter (X), AI forums, freelance sites.
Screening: You review portfolios/profiles. You filter out those who do not know Figma (for the first) or whose videos look like they are from 2018 (for the second).
Pitch & Qualify: You write to candidates, "sell" the job at Lanka (job descriptions provided), check their adequacy and readiness for a test.
Book: If the candidate is great - you set a meeting in my calendar.
Who we need for this task:
You are familiar with modern slang (Web3, prompting, AI generation, virality). You are not afraid of cold outreach, instantly see the quality of content, and work for results, not just "dropping links".
