Tampermonkey for working with a barcode scanner

Technical task (TT) for the development of a script for integrating a barcode scanner into CRM SalesDrive

1. Project description

The goal of the development is to create a user script (Userscript) for Tampermonkey that integrates a barcode scanner into CRM SalesDrive. The script should analyze the source code of the order fulfillment page, find products by barcode, and visually highlight them in the browser.

2. Requirements for the script's operation

1. Purpose:

   • Automatic identification of the scanned product by barcode.
   • Highlighting the found product.
   • Adding a green button "✔" next to the scanned product.

2. Scope of the script:

   • The script must work exclusively on the order fulfillment page:

     https://zdorovoshop.salesdrive.me/ua/index.html?formId=1#/order/update/*
     

   • The application number changes dynamically ("*" at the end of the URL).

3. Algorithm of operation:

   • Listen for keyboard input events.
   • Wait for the input of barcode and the pressing of Enter.
   • If the product is found:
     • Highlight it (green border + light green background).
     • Add the "✔" button next to the product.
   • If the product is not found – display the message "Product with barcode X not found!" and a sound signal.

3. Implementation requirements

1. Programming language: JavaScript.
2. Frameworks and libraries: Use of pure JavaScript (without third-party libraries).
3. Execution technology:
   • The script must work in Tampermonkey/Greasemonkey.
   • Launch at the level of document-start for CSP bypass maneuvers (if necessary).
4. CSP restriction bypass:
   • If the site has strict CSP, code injection through <script> in the DOM must be implemented.
   • If Tampermonkey is blocked by CSP, consider Chrome extensions as an alternative option.

4. Expected results

• After scanning the barcode, the product is found and highlighted.
• A green button "✔" is added next to the found product.
• If the product is not found – a notification and sound signal appear.
• The script works stably in SalesDrive without crashes and CSP errors.

5. Additional wishes

• The code should be well documented so that it can be easily updated in the future.
• The script should work quickly and not overload the browser.
• If possible, provide logging of events (barcode, found/not found) in the Console.
