We are looking for a targeting specialist to join our team for setting up and managing advertising aimed at generating leads and sales.
Our niche is electrical installation work and services in this field: comprehensive electrical installation, inverter connections, design, etc.
Cases in the niche:
– electricity / electrical installation
– construction / repairs
– engineering or related B2C/B2B services
Experience in these or related fields + cases is mandatory. This is significantly different, for example, from targeting for a children's toy store. Therefore, it is important that our future targeting specialist has experience/cases in our or related fields.
Main tasks:
—Setting up and managing targeted advertising (Meta Ads)
—Optimizing campaigns for leads / sales
—Analytics, testing, scaling
—Recommendations on creatives: what to shoot, on what topics, which formats work best
What is already available:
—Team: marketer, copywriter, other specialists
—Operational communication
—Creatives, texts, materials provided
—We expect expertise and direction from the targeting specialist
Payment:
—7000 UAH / month
—We will also consider your proposals regarding the rate
—Based on the results of work, a pay increase may be possible in the near future
