I am interested in answers to questions about experience. I am interested in practical aspects of project management (tools, methods, methodology, instruments, how to build a project from scratch (which processes in order), how to manage an existing project, and so on), team management, interaction with clients, with PM, with other members of the team.
What are the basic things that a team lead needs to know and possess, what special tools are there, are there special programs for team leads, etc.
