In order to correctly perform the technical audit and create a complete work plan, I first need to see all the current materials provided by the previous team:
Unity source files, design layouts, 3D models, documentation, builds, access, repositories — everything related to the project.
After I review the complete data package, I will be able to:
1. assess the current state of the project;
2. compile a list of what is missing for the continuation of development;
3. determine the scope of tasks, timelines, and budget;
4. propose an optimal plan for how to proceed.
The first step is the complete handover of the project and analysis of all received materials.
