Everything basic in the bot is clear, but an important detail we need is for the client to be able to send us their files (photos) - the bot should be able to count them immediately and this order should fall into a separate channel for us. In other words, we need to create a completely automated system: the client enters, learns information step by step, and selects the size, type of paper, and other parameters they need, then sends us their photos (which can be from 50 to 1500 photos) - the bot counts, sets the payment, and this order comes to us in the form of an archive.
