Goal:
Create a Telegram bot for a language club that will:
- Send materials to participants 3 times a day (text, audio, images),
- Accept responses from users (without verification),
- Automatically manage paid subscriptions with reminders,
- Allow the author to upload materials independently.
Bot functions:
1.
Message distribution:
- Sends materials from Monday to Friday at:
- 09:00
- 14:00
- 18:00
- Each block can contain:
- Short text
- Image
- Audio file (up to 5 MB)
- Materials are uploaded manually by the admin (see details in the section below).
2.
User responses:
- Users can send responses to the bot (text, voice, image).
- These responses are saved in the chat with the user (but not forwarded to the administrator).
- The admin does not reply, but the user can return to their responses.
3.
Paid subscription:
- Subscription for 1 month.
- The link will be placed on another website?
- New materials are sent only to subscribers with an active subscription.
- Reminders are sent 5, 3, and 1 day before the subscription ends:
“Your subscription ends in 5 days. Would you like to renew?” - If the user does not renew the subscription:
- New materials are NOT sent.
- Access to old materials (in the chat with the bot) remains.
4. I need an explanation on how to upload materials:
- Materials can be uploaded in advance for a week/day.
- Supports texts, images, and audio files.
- Users can manually be removed from the subscriber list.
- It is possible to see when each subscription ends.
Additional:
- The bot interface and commands are in Russian.
Requirements:
- Administrator instructions (video or PDF): how to add materials and manage subscriptions.
- The ability to modify and support the bot in the future (by agreement).
