There are many customers, you need to automatize the collection of orders as soon as possible.
You need to write a telegram-to-work so that customers can:
1) check the menu: food categories, information about the food itself (photo, price, weight, composition);
2) review, edit your basket: add, remove goods from it;
3) leave your order: indicate the PIB, the phone for feedback, the address and time of delivery;
4) the bot must send the collected orders in the required format to the manager every 24 hours.
Important: we’re focusing on the wholesale, so it’s necessarily the possibility to add, pick up goods for 1, 5 and 10 pieces.
The ability of the manager to edit the menu through the bot will be in +, but yet the priority is more basic functional.
