2. Functionality:
- Shift Selection: The user selects what they need to calculate today - roasting or packaging.
- Automatic Calculation: After selecting the shift, the bot generates a list of coffee types (from the categories "roasted coffee" and "finished products") for which the current stock is below the minimum. For each type of coffee, the bot will calculate how much needs to be produced:
- For Roasting: "Minimum Stock" - "Current Stock of Roasted Coffee" = Amount of coffee that needs to be roasted.
- For Packaging: "Minimum Stock" - "Current Stock of Packaged Coffee" = Number of packages that need to be packaged.
- Displaying Results: If the calculation shows a negative value (i.e., the current stock is greater than the minimum), the bot does not display this product on the screen.
3. Expected User Experience:
- The user enters the bot.
- Selects one of two options: "Roasting" or "Packaging".
- The bot automatically displays a list of all coffee types for which additional production is required (in kilograms for roasting or in packages for packaging).
4. Access:
- The bot will be used only by line employees who do not have access to "MyWarehouse".
5. Technical Requirements:
- Integration with the "MyWarehouse" API to obtain current data on stocks and minimum levels.
- Support for a simple interface with buttons for shift selection and obtaining results.
