Telegram bot with subscription and access to a closed group

a person clicks "Subscribe", pays, and the bot automatically adds them to the group;
the bot monitors the deadlines, reminds about renewal, and when the term ends - removes them from the group;
a simple report: who is active, who is about to expire, who has expired
message monitoring
for me a couple of commands: view subscribers, renew manually, export statistics.
