Идея платных функций не касается работы оповещений в общем. Платные функции подразумевают собой дополнительный функционал который каждый пользователь сможет настроить под себя,если хочет.

Как по мне так это в коей-то мере аморально, уже молчу, что безтолково. Люди сидят без света, воды, тепла и им ваши платные оповещения нах не нужны с премиум подписками. Вы хотите монетизировать социальный проект, очень жаль, что в Украине есть такие люди, как вы. Вероятно, у вас были идеи и гумунитарку тырить и продавать …
Если бы вы вместо этого придумали какой-то реально нужный и важный проект, вам бы его и бесплатно реализовали. А об эту х…ню даже руки марать не хочеться. Удачи, стартапер

Аморально? В чём аморально,Толик? В том, чтобы реализовать настраиваемый бот оповещений? Прежде чем высказывать своё "ФЭ" я бы настоятельно рекомендовал для начала узнать,ну или прочесть хотя бы комментарий выше.
Данный проект направлен для админов каналов,но никак не для обычный пользователей. Да и вообще, в сети полным полно доступных,бесплатный приложений\ботов для оповещения. Коим обычные пользователи и пользуются.
А на счёт "важный проект, вам бы его и бесплатно реализовали " тут посмеялся в голос,как и с вашего непонятно-гневого комментария. Ведь здесь ни один человек не возмётся что-то делать за бесплатно. Даже если это действительно важный проект.
На одном из подобных сайтов мне загадали (для действиельно важного проекта,котоорый реально помогал бы людям) сумму эквивалентную подержаной иномарки.
