Здравствуйте Алексей, я являюсь разработчиком телеграмм ботов, уже довольно продолжительное время, и для того что бы оставить отклик более правдоподобный, к сожалению мало информации для оценки бюджета и сроков.
Интересует вопрос, как будет разграничение между пользователем, и людьми которые предоставляют свои услуги? Нужна ли какая-то админ панель, или все управление делать через бот? Какие платежные системы планируете внедрять?

Бот интересный. Но для точности ставки необходимы более подробное ТЗ. Функционал бота и возможности подписчиков, источники данных, платёжные системы, одна ли? При этом не обязательно, что основные отличия в цене будут зависить от привязки платежки.
