Здравствуйте, мне стало очень интересно, что же вы хотите. ТЗ не четкое, а подключиться к боту по кнопке невозможно из-за ограничения самого бота. Я занимался реализацией бота тех.поддержки, но он отправлял заявку отправленную боту на почту. Если вы хотите, чтоб по кнопочке шло соединение к оператору , то скорее нужна отдельная программа, но не телеграмм бот уж точно. Но все же костыльно можно такое организовать, по кнопке допустим бот просто перекидывал ссылку на диалог в том же телеграмме на свободного оператора, тем самым обходя занятых, но если честно удобнее просто , чтоб бот отправлял сообщение отправленное ему на почту. Если хотите напишите сюда в личку или в телеграмм IATWUKS, я покажу пример бота, может подойдёт, а сделаю дёшево
