Seeking a Python developer with Telethon library experience to set up a Telegram direct messaging (DM) system. The role involves creating an automated system to send DMs to identified contacts in Telegram. A significant challenge is avoiding Telegram account bans during this process.
Telegram Bot API cannot be used! Since it does not allow to DM first.
Key Task:
Develop a Python-based DM system using Telethon, ensuring compliance with Telegram's terms and minimizing ban risks.
Requirements:

I have utilized telethon to craft a bot, for instance, that employed a phone number to directly message a user, irrespective of their privacy settings. However, I predominantly prefer Pyrogram, as it serves as an excellent alternative to Telethon. I am flexible and can use either of these, depending on your preference.
