На сайте используется WP Bakery page builder в паре с Edge core(скорее всего разработанным разработчиком темы).
Адаптив там есть, просто он плохо работает на типичных ноутбучных диагоналях (К примеру, Full HD на 21" - превосходно | Full HD на 15,6" - не очень, а если ещё, как часто бывает у людей стоит по стандарту в панели управления масштаб интерфейса - 125% - ещё хуже с этими пикселями и обрезаниями картинок) и соответственно его надо править, как я понимаю внутри этого "аналога елементора".
Тема уже распакована и на ней что-то есть, но если вы решите, что нужно перераспаковать - можем сделать без проблем, у меня лицензия. Но устанавливали её кучу раз, проблема в самой теме, а не распаковке.
По остальным правкам там вроде достаточно банальные вещи и даже не знаю, как прокомментировать, но если будут вопросы - с радостью отвечу 🙂
