Technical assignment for the development of the building restoration project
1. General provisions
The development of the building restoration project must comply with the current regulatory documents of Ukraine (DBN, DSTU, SNiP), including requirements for structural safety, fire safety, energy efficiency, and accessibility.
2. Initial data
Defect report of the building – indicating damages and necessary works.
Work plan – includes the reconstruction of building structures, updating engineering networks, and fire safety.
Current legislation and building standards, including:
DBN V.3.2-1-2004 "Restoration, repair, and reconstruction of architectural monuments"
DBN V.2.2-3:2018 "Buildings and structures. Cultural institutions"
DBN V.1.1-7:2016 "Fire safety of construction objects"
DBN V.2.5-56:2014 "Fire protection systems"
3. Main tasks
Architectural and construction part:
Survey of the condition of building structures and preparation of drawings.
Design of measures for the restoration of load-bearing structures, facades, roofs, and ceilings.
Development of solutions for the restoration of decorative elements (if any).
Use of modern materials and technologies that comply with energy efficiency standards (DBN V.2.6-31:2021).
Fire safety systems:
Design of automatic fire alarm, notification, and evacuation systems.
Ensuring fire passage and evacuation exit standards.
Selection of non-combustible finishing materials according to DSTU EN 13501-1:2021.
Design of internal and external fire water supply systems.
Engineering networks:
Reconstruction of electricity supply, lighting, heating, water supply, and sewage.
Modern solutions for ventilation and air conditioning.
Use of energy-efficient technologies.
Accessibility for people with reduced mobility:
Provision of ramps, tactile markings, elevators, or lifts according to DBN V.2.2-40:2018.
4. Output documentation
Complete set of drawings (AR, KB, EM, OV, VK, PZ, PB)
The project must meet all requirements and be ready for examination and approval by the relevant authorities.
