Термоанализ в SolidWorks Flow Simulation
Необходимо выполнить термоанализ многокомпонентной детали в SolidWorks Flow Simulation. Деталь и все ее компоненты смоделированы и собраны. Необходимо прописать физические свойства ко всем элементам и провести сам тест.
Предмет анализа: LED лампа, которая включает в себя, пассивный радиатор, алюминиевую подложку с расставленными SMD диодами и резисторами. Все диоды разделены на два типа, общим количеством 491 шт. Резисторов 112 шт.
Показатели теплового сопротивления и мощность выделенного тепла - мы предоставляем.

Мое почтение.
1) Работаю в SW-2016.
2) Для начала работы необходимы габариты всех элементов.
3) К светодиодам нужны их datasheet.
4) Нужна карта расстановки элементов и диодов. Если есть готовая модель, то это немного упростит процедуру.
Видел этот заказ и на других ресурсах, но отписался только здесь.
Цену и срок - будем уточнять.
