QA / Testing AI service

In our marketing agency, we are working on an AI service that is related to our advertising accounts (USA clients that we manage for advertising), specifically those clients who sell their products on Amazon. The service analyzes the results of advertising campaigns, products, and other details regarding account performance. Additionally, the AI service has a chat feature through which questions regarding the account can be asked; I will send examples of questions to the freelancer.

Task: Since this AI service is in the development stage, we have a ready MVP product that is already linked to some of our advertising accounts. It is necessary to test this service, specifically: functionality, usability, design, and overall correctness of operation. Questions in the AI chat must be asked exclusively in English.

It is necessary to thoroughly go through the entire service and provide a detailed testing result, categorized into sections such as bugs, suggestions, etc.

Requirements:

• Priority will be given to a freelancer who knows English, has experience in manual testing: what to pay attention to, and ideally has experience testing similar services.
• Understanding of the advertising sector will also be a plus.
• Questions in the AI chat must be asked exclusively in English.
• The result of the work should be a document with a list of testing results in English: bugs, questions, suggestions, errors, and so on. The list should be comprehensive, and everything that can be tested should be tested.
• You will not be able to verify advertising data and the correctness of metrics because you will not have access to actual advertising data and accounts, so the correctness of the data can be skipped; I will handle that.
• Access to the AI service through my work account will be provided to the freelancer.

The result should ideally be ready today, but the weekend is also acceptable. No later than Sunday at the latest.
