• deducting credits after usage - chat, calls
• first email to top up balance when below 25%
• second, if below 15%
• third, if below 10%
• fourth, if balance = 0 about stopping the service
• emails of the same type should be sent once a day
• with a zero balance, the subscription should stop
• after purchasing credits, the subscription should become active
• check the functionality of calls and chat
