About the project:
WeTalk is a platform for learning English that combines live online lessons with teachers and interactive tasks. We create an effective and accessible way to learn the language for students from all over the world, focusing on real communication and practical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing of the web platform as well as mobile applications (iOS, Android).
- Check functionality, usability, cross-browser compatibility, and cross-platform compatibility of the product.
- Identify, describe, and track defects.
- Write test cases, checklists, and other test documentation.
- Interact with developers to clarify requirements and discuss identified defects.
Requirements:
- Work experience: at least 2 years in manual testing of web and mobile applications.
- English language: at least intermediate level (B1+) for reading technical documentation and communication.
- Experience with:
- Web testing
- iOS and Android testing (using real devices and emulators).
- Test management systems (TestRail or similar).
- Bug trackers (JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.).
- Skills in technical documentation:
- Writing detailed test cases, checklists, bug reports.
- Describing defect reproduction with examples and screenshots.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in automated testing (Selenium, Appium).
- Knowledge of API testing (Postman).
