The admin manually replenishes the balance for the bot's subscribers; one opened contact costs a certain amount, which is deducted when opening the client's contacts. One admin has access to the subscribers, while another admin who sends applications does not have access to the subscribers and can only add applications to the bot. We add the client's contacts to the application separately, for example, in the first step of adding, the essence of the request is submitted, in the second the filter criteria (list), and in the third step the client's contacts. Applications are sent in a stream to all subscribers who have selected a certain filter criterion. That is, when adding an application, filter criteria can be added from the list (either with buttons or a list of numbers), and in the bot's subscribers, there will be a menu to select several filter parameters of interest. If nothing is selected, the entire stream of applications is sent. The bot must understand that the subscriber has a balance and deduct a certain amount from the balance each time; when the balance reaches 0, a message should come: "Replenish balance to open the application."
