The front is an ordinary site without styles.(the first thing you need to obtain data, such as a list of users, etc.)
The front and backs are placed on the Heroku platform - it is somewhere around $14 per month (for $7 per month)
The exact amount I can say after discussing the details, because I still don’t understand whether a front is needed.
