Consultation on creating a children's TikTok account (football theme)

Context:

We have experience managing a TikTok account (owner's age - 13 years). The channel was active: football challenges, POV videos, child content without violations in my opinion, all within the sports theme. There were up to 3000 subscribers. Yesterday, on 24.04, the account was blocked due to "community guidelines violation," without clear explanations (they asked to confirm age)

Goal:

• Safely create a new TikTok account for the child.

• Recover subscribers if possible

• Obtain a step-by-step guide on how to avoid blocking in the future.

• Understand what documents or age confirmations can/should be provided to TikTok to avoid a ban.

• If necessary - assistance with appealing the blocking of the previous account.(*Appeal submitted, but...)

What needs to be done:

4. Future advice:

• How to avoid shadow banning?

• What to do when receiving warnings from TikTok?

• How to monitor the risks of blocking?

 Expected result:

• Document (PDF, Word, or Google Doc) with all advice and instructions.

 Requirements for the performer:

• Experience working with TikTok (especially in the field of children's or educational content).

• Understanding TikTok's policy regarding user age.
