Люди, вы с своем уме вообще?? 2,7 грн за минуту аудио??? Это насколько нужно не ценить свой труд? Наверное, те, кто работает за бесценок, не понимают, что тем самым они просто обесценивают и работу остальных, приучая заказчиков к такому! Не уважаете себя, так хотя бы уважайте своих коллег!

Это нормально. Она потратит 18-20 живых часов на эту работу, потом поделит заработанное, посчитает зп/час и запал быть демпингующим фрилансером поубавится. Или нет, но это уже личное дело каждого.
Расстраиваться из-за этого и убеждать человека в том, что он не готов платить рыночную цену не стоит. Лично я обычно считаю, что это просто не мой заказчик и, вероятнее всего, мы просто не сошлись бы характерами - слишком разные. А возможность не работать с тем, кто тебе неприятен - это один из некоторых плюсов фриланса в целом.
