Який хостинг юзаєте і яка швидкість має бути? Бо якщо 100% то треба дивитись в код, бо може бути що увесь код для всіх сторінок може бути у одному файлі(це css), і тоді краще розділити під кожен темплейт чи сторінки і там прелоад робити, треба дивитись, гратись і тоді можна поставити якийсь litespeed. Ну зі скриптами також треба дивитись. Якщо якісно робити то це не швидко і не 50$ бо хз як зроблено. По картинках знову ж дивитись як зроблено. Ну і треба щоб був розробник який буде періодично моніторити що і як.
