I can work with you, I have developed about 15 scripts for tapaloks for commercial use. Among the more complex tapaloks, I implemented scripts for Blum and Notpixel.
I have extensive experience with this stack (OpenCV, PIL, PyAutoGUI, PyDirectInput). I would add that a larger technology stack is needed for this.
OpenCV, numpy - computer vision works great for object recognition, but it also needs an additional numpy module to work with.
PyAutoGUI - can be used, but it is quite slow and has rare applications.
pygetwindow - to work with windows, find the hwnd of a window by its title, and similar tasks.
win32con, win32api - clicks and other functionalities are much faster and more appropriate to use than PyAutoGUI for clicks.
random - for randomizing clicks, click times, and other functionalities.
time - for working with time.
mss.tools - for capturing screenshots, it is better and faster to use in practice than PyAutoGUI.
pywinauto and its Application - to focus on a window and work with a specific window by hwnd, we also take the dimensions of the window we are working with from it, and it is very useful to us in many ways.
os, subprocess - for automating the opening and closing of windows through the operating system and working with multiple accounts, it is also a useful tool.
I perform work quickly, and I spend 1 day or even 3 hours in some cases on the development of your script.
I can also help with proxies for this task and many other aspects.
I have also implemented large-scale scripts with a throughput of 10,000 accounts per day.
I am also well-versed in ML and can train a model for gaming in simple terms if needed.
