A Python developer is required for support and improvement of Telegram scripts

I am looking for a specialist to support and develop several working scripts related to automation and analytics in Telegram. The projects are simple, mainly small tasks: fixing bugs, adding simple functions, optimizing performance, and occasionally improving integration with external services.
What needs to be done:
Make small edits and fixes to existing code
Add new small features according to specifications
Maintain stable operation of scripts
Help with optimization and configuration from time to time
Requirements:
Experience with Python 3
Knowledge of Telethon or Pyrogram
Understanding of working with MongoDB
Basic skills in working with Flask
Ability to understand other people's code
Plus will be:
Experience working with Telegram API
Skills in working with Linux servers and Docker
Understanding of REST API principles
