Здравствуйте. А почему Ruby on Rails? В бекенде далеко не везде даже просто Ruby использовать имеет смысл. То есть я к тому что использование Ruby может очень усложнить задачу. А у вас как я вижу их придется решать не мало. И ставка за 10 не совсем понятна ) Я к тому что вот я например за эту задачу взял бы 100 за 8 часов, а за 10 буду хотеть 150 ибо уже сверхурочные
