Добрый вечер. Насколько знаю, что теперь wmr можно вывести только для тех у которых была привязана карточка. Если срок ее действия заканчивается, то новую украинскую уже не подключить. Может вы сталкивались с альтернативой получения оплаты, так как сейчас после закрытия webmoney стал актуальным вопрос. Заранее благодарен.
