Тут уде неоднократно обсуждалось что сделать приложение которое работает в Фоне на React Native Flutter и т д Это задачка со "звездочкой"
Пока приложение активно на экране все ок -оно присылает координаты гл как только его "свернули" открыли другое , потушили экран оно уже не присылает Вам ничего(Какие ы вы поагины не использовали)-Чтобы работало надо переделывать классическую нативную часть которая запускает RN или Flutter (для androida например явно указывая service в манифесте)
