2. Copying files from a portable disk to the server can be organized.
3. For remote access to the server, a router with port forwarding on the router and an external static IP address, which is ordered from the provider, are required. Without workarounds, proper remote access to the server should be done.
If many people will be working with large files, then you will need gigabit internet and a router with gigabit ports, as a 100 Mbps network will be overloaded.
