We have a practically ready process for the Tuya IoT Platform, which can be quickly adapted to your Wi-Fi device and launch product settings, DP, panel, and CBU communication with Tuya.
The benchmark for the first stage is 18,000 UAH and 7 days; after access and a brief list of functions, we can clarify the scope.
From the implementation side, I would start from the DP scheme, checking the CBU in the project, then Panel Studio, test scenarios, and control commands in the application.
What you need to provide are access to the Tuya account or permission to create a new one, a description of the device commands, the current CBU firmware, and a list of panel screens.
