Pull prices via API into Google Sheets

There is a Google sheet that is connected to the website and imports prices from the sheet to the website on request.
Prices are divided into categories and subcategories on the website and in the sheet in the same way.
However, in the Docdream program, prices have a different categorization.
The task is to create a script that, upon request or within a specified time interval, will compare prices from the sheet with prices in the program.
If the price in the program has changed (the names of the prices are the same in the program and in the sheet) - we change it in the sheet.
If no price with that name was found in the program, we highlight it in red in the sheet.
If a service price was found in the program that is not in the sheet, we either add it to the same category (the category matches in the program and in the sheet), or if there is no category match, we place this price in a separate column and highlight it in yellow.
If the price is new, its name is pulled from the program as in the original, and in the adjacent column - an automatic translation into Russian.. currently this is done manually.
