Я попробовал ради интереса, (хотя знал, что ничего стоящего не получится), но даже специальные программы не помогли, так как в вашем снимке нет даже минимально необходимой информации для восстановления резкости.

Практика показывает что такие проекты лучше стороной обойти.
Но есть еще круче...

Спасибо за ваш комментарий. Я человек который не разбирается в фото поэтому вы поняли меня неправильно. Никто никого не обесценивает. Это фото мне дорого и я пытаюсь его спасти. Из изложенного выше уже понимаю что это практически невозможно
