The machine for producing rowan mesh UDAFV60 has been modernized to a modern electronic base.

Microcontroller control has been introduced. In the automation, instead of an industrial wide-profile controller, a specialized controller has been used, specifically designed for this type of machine. Safety in the operation of personnel has been prioritized. The circuitry has been designed to ensure the safety of the operator's hands. The machine executes commands from the joystick even if the microprocessor driver is de-energized. The STOP buttons work by breaking the power circuit contacts of the drive starters, and secondly, by interrupting the command to the microcontroller. The electric clutch drivers have been switched to 40 amp IGBT keys, making it practically impossible to disable them.

The control processor is galvanically isolated from the input and output. Instead of fuses, self-resetting devices are installed. The power supplies are 20A with current limiting. For emergency continuation of the machine's operation in case of power supply failure, it is possible to disconnect any of the 3 power sources by installing service jumpers (circuit breakers). There is a version with the same dimensions of the control panel and the same START and STOP buttons, but the control panel is made of 8 mm thick glass. The buttons are touch-sensitive and function separately. The control drivers are identical to the software. The kit includes two spare processors with software, for the control panel and for the driver. The installation of wiring and control devices takes about 20 man-hours.
