Consultations and training on Claude A specialist is needed who regularly works with Claude (chat, API, Claude Code, Cowork, etc.) and is well-versed in: the differences between pricing plans (Free, Pro, Max, Team, Enterprise) and API capabilities; the functionality of various tools (projects, memory, connectors to Google Drive/Slack, Claude for Excel/PowerPoint/Chrome, etc.); usage limits, file handling specifics, and differences between models. Tasks: analyze our needs and recommend the optimal pricing plan for the company; help set up the workspace for our tasks; be available for prompt consultations during the initial period. Block 2. Protecting the corporate Google Workspace account Situation: the company has 3 directors with equal access to a shared corporate Google Workspace (including corporate Google Drive, where confidential data is stored). It is necessary to set up a system where: none of the three directors can unilaterally change the account password or restrict access for the other two; any change of password or access rights requires confirmation from at least one other director (the "two out of three" / multi-party approval principle). Tasks: propose technical options for implementation (for example: role segregation of Super Admin, setting up Alert Center for notifications about password changes, using a group of admins with limited rights, third-party solutions like password vaults with multi-approval, etc.); compare options based on reliability, convenience, and cost; assist in implementing the chosen solution. Requirements for the performer: experience working with Claude/Anthropic products; deep knowledge of Google Workspace admin console, particularly role management, group policies, and account security; experience in implementing access rights segregation systems (multi-party approval/shared responsibility) — examples of similar cases are preferred; ability to explain technical matters in simple language; proficiency in English at an advanced level.
