We are primarily looking for designers who have worked with similar or related themes: equipment rental, freight transportation, industry, etc., with examples of work in this field.
We do not work with marketing agencies! We are looking for a designer or a designer+developer pair on WordPress or a design agency.
The goal of the redesign is to change the color scheme in accordance with the new logo (attached), improve usability, "refresh" the design, and make it more modern. The site's conversion and depth of view are currently also quite good.

The main goal of the site is to collect leads through the form on the site and/or receive phone calls.
Main design requirements (besides the fact that it must be UI/UX design) :
- Maximally retain the site's structure where possible, as the site is optimized for SEO and we want to preserve positions as much as possible.
- Maximal retention of text (these text blocks) and nicely optimize them so they do not look like the blocks they currently are. The reason is the same as in point 1. A bit
- Intuitive navigation.
- Minimal number of clicks to the main action (form submission).

- Equipment catalog page with categories and filtering options.
- Individual equipment page.
- Typical page for comprehensive services
- About the company + working at the company (with the option to upload a resume, full name, and a field for additional information).
We will provide competitor websites that we like. But we want a unique design, not a copy of competitors.
