Почему не использовать Фотошоп.
Написать например python скрипт который в командной строке обратится к фотошопу и скорит ему по очереди все файлы.
У меня нет фотошопа и пайтон не использую но просто мысли в слух. Это очень условный пример для 1 картинки его нужно переделывать.
