Необходимо проанализировать взаимодействие пользователя с сайтом, выявить ошибки и слабые места в интерфейсе (UI/UX), а затем их исправить. Воможно потребуется перекроить главное и дополнительное меню, убрать или добавить некоторые разделы. Глобальная задача - повышение конверсии, сейчас она составляет около 1 %. Также необходимо будет придумать как внедрить в существующий сайт довольно большой каталог продукции.
