Description of the bot's work:
Create 2 groups for the team and the client
Define them in the database by adding the bot to them
The first group added with the same name by default is the team group, if the group name does not have the prefix Project
After adding the bot to the group, it sends a welcome message
After its addition, we have the commands /info and /send
info - shows information about the bot with all necessary data
send - sends messages to another group that we write, it is also possible to reply to a specific message sent from another group specifically the client one and get a reply in the same group, and there are different message modes for me, etc., everything is in the bot
cancel - cancels what we have written
The bot also records new users or existing ones and adds them to the database as separate users, as well as their connection to the group
