TASK: Speed Optimization

Goal: The website to load in 3 seconds or less. We have a lot of video content we want to utilize on the website, so we would need to optimize for video as well. 

TASK: Re-Building The Site OR TASK: Improving Current Theme (***please estimate hours for both options; goal remains the same)

Goal: 

Improve the design of the current theme, set the same font and sizing across the whole site. Make the site mobile friendly and optimized for mobile parameters. 

Define the design and implement across all pages. 

Properly size all graphics, images, and sections so they appear the same across any browser and screen size.  

Blog; Set the blog guidelines on sizing image size, link appearance, and seo

TASK: Update parent Divi theme w/out losing the /Jobs styling [Matador Plug In Documentation]

We need to get on to a child theme so we can update the Divi (parent theme). We created a child theme but not all settings got carried across so there is code that needs to be sorted out. The code is something between Metador Jobs Plugin and Focus website.

TASK: Implement the email sign up form

At the footer and as a pop up on some pages 

TASK: Implement Gravity Forms

Goal: Styled and optimize gravity form to be implemented on the site that would integrate into our CRM (Bullhorn). 

TASK: Landing Pages

Goal: We will need various landing pages to add to the site 

TASK: Integration with our CRM Bullhorn

Goal: gravity forms to integrate with our CRM - Bullhorn. When someone fills out the form on our site, the system will look up an existing contact in Bullhorn, if not found will create a new contact or lead. 

TASK: Blog

Goal: To have a proper functioning blog, so the marketing team can easily post. The style of the blog should look the same across all the posts and we have an ability to post and edit easily.

TASK: Blog Sidebar

Goal: To have a blog sidebar suggesting similar posts under certain categories. Having a Book-A-Call button, or another call to action.
