2. Update the theme while preserving all content (or rewrite PHP in the existing theme, as the current code causes critical errors, and ensure mobile adaptation with readability, spacing, etc.)
3. Perform work to fix issues based on PageSpeed Insights analysis (provide an assessment after the analysis)
4. The site has partial translation into Ukrainian via a plugin. Make the Ukrainian version open first for users with Ukrainian IP. If necessary, change the technical implementation of this task (currently only a small part is translated)
