Oral/synchronous translation from French during joint calls.

We are looking for a French language translator to review and edit the automatic translation on the website. The theme of the site is natural wood furniture. Main tasks: — proofreading the French version of the site; — correcting grammatical, stylistic, and terminological errors; — adjusting inaccurate, unnatural, or incorrect translations. What is important to us: — a high level of written French; — literacy and attention to detail; — the ability to notice inaccurate, unnatural, and literal formulations; — the translation must be natural, accurate, and understandable for French-speaking clients. Advantages: — experience in translating or localizing websites for e-commerce; — experience working with the theme of furniture, design, or interiors; — knowledge of terminology related to materials, finishes, textures, and technical specifications of furniture.
