Все зависит от сложности сайтов с которых надо парсить.
Каждый сайт - схема, каждая схема - своя структура.
А вам надо на вашем сайте эти структуры как-то объединить.
Потом что иначе в описание товаров будет просто заливаться текст, без структурных характеристик.
Если конечно вас не интересует фильтрация характеристик.
