Дык тут не скрипт.
Тут просто всплывающий слой с таблицей, который hidden.
По клику становится видимым. Чистый html. -
Как я лично понял заказчик не просто хочет внедрить модалки с таблицами, а + ещё удобно их редактировать через визуал редактор, а не копаться в коде через редактор)

А что Заказчик указал сверхъестественного?
Как вариант:

Подключайте скрипт и присваивайте классы нужным элементам. А дальше "тыкайте" куда душа пожелает.
Думаю, что человек с таким количеством отзывов понимает, что ему нужно и что он будет делать с тем, что ему сделают. -
Сверх нечего нет, суть в том что я уверен что заказчик не желает ковыряться редактором в коде, а хочет чтоб ему предоставили готовую систему с админкой управлением этих окон! Где он зашел - написал таблицу, сохранил и забыл про нее!
А не искать в какой строчке кода написана таблица - а хтмл таблица в чистом коде, не 2 строчки)
