A problem with virtualization. I tried to install after updating Windows and all components. I tried SOLIDWORKS 2019, the same mistake.
After every attempt, Windows was reinstalled completely, but it did not give any results.
Now I reinstall Windows image (from zero), I will put TeamViewer and wait for a person who will be able to help solve this problem and force Solide to work on the Mac virtual)

Вся ситуация заключается в нужной версии солида ,в данной версии идёт привязка к железу ,что в архитектуре на м1 а это aarch64,производит к дисонансу ибо внутри виртуалок на м1 там совсем иные uid для используемого железа.Попробцйте установить другую версию или же использовать вparalels или utm х64 архитектуру
