Budget: 27000 UAH Deadline: 10 days

Hello!
I am Oleg, the project manager at Business Atlas. Our team has extensive experience implementing both systems: we have configured SalesDrive for a cosmetics store and KeepinCRM for an online clothing store.
KeepinCRM is usually chosen for its simplicity and built-in inventory management, while SalesDrive is preferred for its powerful synchronization and ease of handling large volumes of orders.
Here are detailed options for implementation and training for your product website:
1. "Turnkey" CRM Implementation
Option A: KeepinCRM
Cost: $1,000 – $1,200
Timeline: up to 14 working days
What’s included: process audit, order funnel development, database import (products/customers), integration with the website, delivery services, acquiring, and messengers, access rights configuration.
Option B: SalesDrive

Budget: 18000 UAH Deadline: 5 days

The price for a basic implementation of one CRM for a product website usually starts from 18,000 UAH, with a timeframe of 3-5 working days. For KeyCRM, I would estimate 18,000-24,000 UAH, and for SalesDrive - 20,000-28,000 UAH, because there are often more nuances regarding statuses, sources of applications, and data transfer.

The package can include:
> connection of applications from the website
> setup of the funnel, fields, statuses, and responsible persons
> basic notifications and roles
> testing of test orders
> a small training session for the team

If the website is on Horoshop, Shopify, WordPress, OpenCart, or another popular platform, it is likely that we can keep it simple. If there is a custom form or several sources of applications, it’s better to clarify the price after checking.

Budget: 10000 UAH Deadline: 4 days

Good day! I will take care of everything, including installation and training.

Regarding the choice between systems, briefly and honestly. For a product website with a flow of orders, SalesDrive is stronger: a separate order module, integration with Rozetka and Prom, warehouse management, and New Post tracking in one click. KeepinCRM is cheaper at the start (there's a free plan for one user) and convenient if the flow is small, but you need tasks, finances, and inventory in one window. If it's specifically about products with deliveries, I would choose SalesDrive.

Prices, as you requested:
- one system turnkey (connection to the website, funnel and statuses, warehouse, tracking, team training): 6000 UAH
- second system in parallel: plus 4000 UAH
- both together with training: 10000 UAH

The timeframe is 3-4 working days for one system. Training will be a live meeting plus a short instruction with your own screenshots, so the managers won't forget after a week.

Budget: 10000 UAH Deadline: 5 days

Milla, hello. Judging by the description, you are stuck not on the price, but on the choice itself: Keeping and SalesDrive look similar on paper, and comparing them by feature lists doesn't work - it depends on how the system fits into your accounting.

Both systems are Ukrainian and tailored for inventory management, but they behave differently in details: where the warehouse lives (in 1C or within the CRM), how orders are pulled from the website and marketplaces, how several managers share the workload. Typical pitfalls of implementation are right here, not in the interface. Therefore, the correct order is this: first a brief clarification of your stack, then the numbers.

Regarding your question about packages, I will answer specifically: I will prepare two separate calculations, one for Keeping and one for SalesDrive, each with a breakdown - installation with configuration separately, training separately. Compare both numbers and choose consciously. If one option is clearly stronger for your case, I will let you know directly before starting the work.

I have been programming since 2013, regularly doing CRM logic integrations and automating catalogs and orders, so I know the nuances of connecting to a live store in practice.

Two questions for the calculation: are orders coming only from the website or also from marketplaces? And is accounting currently done in 1C or in Excel?

Good day.

For the e-commerce online store, I initially recommend SalesDrive, as this system specializes in e-commerce: accepting and processing orders, working with products, deliveries, shipping documents, inventory, and manager control.

KeepinCRM can also be used. It is cheaper and suitable if a simple system is needed for managing clients, deals, tasks, inventory, and finances without complex e-commerce automation.

I propose two implementation options.

Option 1 — KeepinCRM

Good day.
I am ready to help choose a CRM and connect it to the product website with a brief training for the team.
Portfolio: https://gooru-lab.github.io/portfolio/
What to choose (briefly):
• SalesDrive — if quick orders from the website/marketplaces, Nova Poshta, and control of applications by managers are the main priorities. Convenient specifically as a CRM for an online store.
• KeepinCRM — if a simpler "all-in-one" solution for small businesses is needed: clients, deals, inventory/cash, and a softer price start for the service is desired.
If the site is already selling and important applications "from cart to CRM" without extra steps — I more often choose SalesDrive.
If the business is small and a broader approach (inventory/cash/simpler menu) is desired — KeepinCRM.
The cost of my work (the same for both systems, without CRM subscription fee):
• "Start" package — connecting the site + brief training: 6,000 UAH

Budget: 9999 UAH Deadline: 5 days

Hello, Milla! I am interested in your project and ready to help with the CRM installation on the product website. First, we will discuss the options — I will select the optimal settings for both options (Kipings or Sale Drive), install the chosen system, integrate it with the website, and set up the workflow with applications and clients. Then, I will conduct live training in the format of "step-by-step support." I have extensive practical experience with CRM — I have done integrations tailored to the specifics of the business and know how to make everything work smoothly.

The price for one option is 9000 hryvnias, with a deadline of 5 days. If both options are chosen, it will be 17000 hryvnias. I will also add the setup of automatic notifications for new applications and email templates — this is included in the price. I am ready to send examples of past work and briefly describe how we will work specifically for you in personal messages.
